Kamloops Chapter Swap Meet 2007
This event was very successful with a beautiful day
(very hot in the afternoon), big crowds both inside and out, great food with our
resident chef, Steve Bell and his crew turning out Steak & Eggs or Pancakes
for breakfast and Steak sandwiches, Hamburgers and Hot Dogs for lunch.
There was a wonderful Show and Shine with 125 cars in total during the day. A great variety of items were available for purchase and the vendors all seemed happy at the end of the day.
Things died off about 2PM as the temperature went up into the 30's Celcius and the outside crowd were gettiing cooked themselves. It was cool in the arena so the vendors were quite happy to be inside.
Next year being a leap year the date will be Saturday June 7th with set up on Friday and the concession will be open Friday afternoon and Saturday.
