Vancouver Chapter Corn Roast 2006
Once
again, the Vancouver Chapter's annual Labour Day corn roast was held at Tucker's
Tin Farm. The great weather guaranteed a good turnout and another
terrific event - No one was disappointed!
Cars of all ages and styles were parked all around the massive yard and
everyone spent the day enjoying a great lunch and swapping summer
touring stories. At 2:00 PM precisely, Earl opened up his trailer
and unveiled his latest project - a beautiful '55 Ford Crown
Victoria. There was certainly something for everyone to see.
The success of this event is mainly due to the organization and hard
work of a whole crew of people. Many thanks go to Earl and June
for hosting once again, and to all those who set up, served, cleaned
up, and generally made the day run smoothly. Their work is
appreciated by all.
