Antique Chapter March Meeting & Garage Tour

March 24, the Antique Chapter held its regular monthly meeting at the
home of Jim and Melanie Morley on Vancouver Island. The chapter is not
regionally based, so it was good to include some of our island members
who can't normally attend the meetings in Vancouver. Seventeen
members took the ferry over and were greeted by about that many at the
Morley's home. Of course, we took the opportunity to check out
the barn to see what Jim is working on.
After completing the business portion of the day, the group headed down island for lunch at Ladysmith. After a good lunch, we stopped in at Blackstaff's to see their interesting assortment of just about anything.
Everyone agreed it was a terrific day and that we should meet on the island again next year. Thanks to Jim and Melanie for organizing and hosting the event, and to all the islanders for welcoming the rest of the group to their "turf."
